Applications must be filled out in full to participate in our tournament.

Applications received without ­filling out the appropriate information will not be processed or considered eligible for tournament play. 

Deposits must be received and any remaining balance must be paid by (date) or this application will not be considered and players will be ineligible to participate.

There is limited space for tournament play. 

Sign-ups will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

Once the team limit is filled, no other applications will be allowed unless space is made available for any reason. 

Teams made eligible will be contacted through their team captain's contact information submitted.
